Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until thoroughly browned, draining excess fat.
- Add diced bell peppers, onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Lower the heat and mix in cream cheese and mozzarella, stirring until melted and combined.
- Take almond flour or low-carb wraps and roll the filling inside.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
