  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese with erythritol until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the cream cheese mixture, blending until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Spread the sliced strawberries over the batter.
  8. Drizzle melted butter over the strawberries.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
