- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture over the cooked rice and top with sliced green onions.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute with lean meat or ground turkey. Adjust spice level to taste by modifying red pepper flakes.
