A quick and easy Korean Ground Beef Bowl that’s packed with flavor and perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch piece ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or cauliflower rice)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or sesame oil)
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the ground beef, cooking until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is combined and heated through.
- Serve the seasoned beef over the cooked rice, garnishing with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the ground beef in soy sauce and sesame oil for 30 minutes before cooking. Add red pepper flakes for some heat.
