A delicious way to repurpose leftover turkey and stuffing into crunchy snackable balls, perfect for appetizers or weeknight meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (for serving)

  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey with the leftover stuffing until uniform.
  3. Add the eggs, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Gently form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls, packed compactly.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced out for even cooking.
  6. Mist the balls lightly with olive oil.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Check for doneness, ensuring they’re heated through.
  9. Serve warm with cranberry sauce for dipping.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and maintain consistent ball sizes for even cooking.
