Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt to combine.
- In another large bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until well blended.
- Gradually mix in your dry ingredients until the dough comes together.
- Fold in the dried cranberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- For the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely before drizzling the glaze on top.
