Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- Mix the flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Cut in the softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press this crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of your prepared pan.
- Whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, freshly squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest, and baking powder. Pour this mixture over the crust.
