- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
- Add ground beef to the same skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Carefully add the cooked pasta and crispy bacon to the sauce, mixing until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or Greek yogurt. Add sautéed mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor.
