- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the zucchini into fry-like sticks.
- In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each zucchini stick in the breadcrumb mixture to ensure an even coat.
- Place the zucchini fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray the fries with cooking spray.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove and let the fries cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with marinara, ranch dressing, or fresh herbs. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
