Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the zucchini into fry-like sticks.
  3. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each zucchini stick in the breadcrumb mixture to ensure an even coat.
  5. Place the zucchini fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Lightly spray the fries with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  8. Remove and let the fries cool for a few minutes before serving.
