- 5 Mission Zero Carb tortillas
- 2.5 string cheese sticks (each cut in half)
- 10 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 15 slices turkey pepperoni
- “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” spray
- Oregano, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On each tortilla, spread 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
- Add 3 slices of turkey pepperoni and half a string cheese stick on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Lightly spray each roll with butter spray, and sprinkle oregano and Parmesan cheese to your liking.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until they’re crispy and golden.
Notes
Serve with a side of extra tomato sauce or marinara for dipping. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
