Description

Quick and delicious low-calorie pizza rolls that satisfy your cravings without the extra calories.


Ingredients

  • 5 Mission Zero Carb tortillas
  • 2.5 string cheese sticks (each cut in half)
  • 10 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 15 slices turkey pepperoni
  • “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” spray
  • Oregano, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On each tortilla, spread 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
  3. Add 3 slices of turkey pepperoni and half a string cheese stick on top.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Lightly spray each roll with butter spray, and sprinkle oregano and Parmesan cheese to your liking.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until they’re crispy and golden.

Notes

Serve with a side of extra tomato sauce or marinara for dipping. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
