- 4 large low-carb tortillas
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)

- 1 handful baby spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave briefly to avoid cracking.
- Mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl (add spinach if using).
- Divide the mixture among the tortillas, filling each well.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, ensuring the filling doesn’t spill out.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove, slice, and serve hot.
