Instructions

  2. Warm tortillas in the microwave briefly to avoid cracking.
  3. Mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl (add spinach if using).
  4. Divide the mixture among the tortillas, filling each well.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly, ensuring the filling doesn’t spill out.
  6. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
