- Sour cream (for serving)
- Sliced jalapeños (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, then add the diced tomatoes, cauliflower rice, bell peppers, and onions. Cook until heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the beef mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and jalapeños.
Notes
