  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese, bringing to a gentle simmer.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes.
