- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until they’re well-coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.
- Serve warm.
