Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in a large skillet with a bit of oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Make the sauce by stirring in heavy cream and bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring until it’s melted and smooth.
  5. Season with Italian seasoning, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Combine the drained tortellini in the garlic cream sauce, tossing until evenly coated.
