Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken breasts, sliced zucchini, halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, and minced garlic.
- Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and sprinkle all seasonings over the top. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly across the prepared baking dish, ensuring the chicken doesn’t overlap.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses generously over the top.
