  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture generously over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Place the chicken in the greased baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Consider pairing it with a fresh salad or garlic mashed potatoes.
