- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture generously over the top of each chicken breast.
- Place the chicken in the greased baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Consider pairing it with a fresh salad or garlic mashed potatoes.
