  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or substitute with plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. Combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Place the coated chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with paprika or Italian seasoning if desired.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
