- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or substitute with plain Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- Combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Place the coated chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with paprika or Italian seasoning if desired.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
