- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or sour cream), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place chicken breasts in the greased baking dish and spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley or chives before serving.
Notes
For a crispy topping, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking time. Marinating the chicken in lemon juice and garlic can enhance the flavor.
