Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just incorporated.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet and slightly flatten each ball.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
