- 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup sour cream

- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
- Tortilla chips (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, sour cream, taco seasoning, and optional bell peppers and onions.
- Spread this mixture evenly in a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and layer with crushed tortilla chips.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
