  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, sour cream, taco seasoning, and optional bell peppers and onions.
  3. Spread this mixture evenly in a casserole dish.
