			- 2 cups shredded chicken (cooked)
 - 1 can cream of chicken soup
 - 1 cup sour cream
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
 - 1 cup crushed buttery crackers
 - 1/2 cup butter, melted
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Pour the creamy chicken mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
 - In another bowl, combine crushed buttery crackers with melted butter and remaining cheddar cheese, mixing until well combined.
 - Sprinkle the cracker topping evenly over the chicken mixture in the casserole dish.
 - Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
 - Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
