Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp dried onion powder
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 5 Tbsp butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
  2. Lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine your chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan evenly.
  5. Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes
