A comforting and cheesy casserole featuring tender chicken and a buttery cracker topping, perfect for weeknight meals.

			- 4½ cups chopped cooked chicken
 - 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
 - 1 cup cottage cheese
 - ½ cup sour cream
 - 1 (10.5-oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
 - ¼ tsp garlic powder
 - ¼ tsp dried onion powder
 - 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
 - 5 Tbsp butter, melted
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cooked chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and dried onion powder. Mix thoroughly until creamy.
 - Spread the chicken mixture evenly into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
 - In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until evenly coated.
 - Sprinkle the buttery cracker crumbs over the top of the chicken mixture.
 - Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.
 - Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
 
Notes
For best results, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature. Feel free to add cooked broccoli or peas for extra veggies.
