- 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked al dente
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the sausage until fully cooked, then drain any excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, marinara sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to blend thoroughly.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti mixture, then sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Add the remaining spaghetti mixture and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served with a simple side salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
