Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced jalapenos, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped green onions, and garlic powder. Blend well.
  2. Take an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the wrapper over the filling, sealing the edges with a little water.
  4. In a deep pan, heat oil over medium heat until hot enough for frying.
