Ingredients
- Egg roll wrappers
- Diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
- Cream cheese, softened
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped green onions
- Garlic powder
- Oil for frying (like vegetable or canola)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced jalapenos, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped green onions, and garlic powder. Blend well.
- Take an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling, sealing the edges with a little water.
- In a deep pan, heat oil over medium heat until hot enough for frying.
- Carefully place the egg rolls in the hot oil, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the egg rolls and let them drain on paper towels. Serve hot and enjoy!
