Description

Delightful no-bake Mini Kinder Bueno Cheesecakes combining creamy cheesecake with chocolate-hazelnut flavors for a perfect treat.


Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 300g cream cheese
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 200ml double cream
  • 45 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling
  • Extra Kinder Bueno bars for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the crumb mixture into the base of mini cheesecake tins.
  3. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Whip double cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Fold in the chopped Kinder Bueno bars.
  7. Spoon the mixture over the biscuit bases.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
  9. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with extra Kinder Bueno bars before serving.
