Instructions
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Drain the beans and rinse them under cold water to halt the cooking process.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the miso paste, soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, and rice vinegar until smooth.
- Toss the blanched green beans in the miso mixture until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
For more flavor, consider roasting the green beans before mixing with the dressing. Add chili oil or red pepper flakes for heat.
