Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions (store-bought)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, smoked paprika for added flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder or smoked paprika.
  3. Place seasoned chicken in a greased baking dish.
  4. Brush barbecue sauce over each chicken breast.
  5. Spoon ranch dressing over BBQ-covered chicken.
  6. Evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle crispy fried onions over each chicken piece.
  9. Allow to rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
