			- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Steamed rice for serving
 
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Add the chicken strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
 - In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
 - Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
 - Serve over steamed rice.

For added flavor, garnish with green onions or sesame seeds. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
