Description

Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls are the ultimate comfort food, combining flaky pastry with gooey cheese and savory pepperoni. They are perfect for movie nights and game day gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or 4 mozzarella sticks, halved)
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. On the wide end of each triangle, place 3–4 slices of pepperoni and a halved piece of mozzarella.
  4. Roll the dough tightly, starting from the wide end and enclosing the filling completely.
  5. If desired, sprinkle Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese over each roll.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is nice and melted.
  7. Serve warm, paired with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze before baking.
