Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls are the ultimate comfort food, combining flaky pastry with gooey cheese and savory pepperoni. They are perfect for movie nights and game day gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or 4 mozzarella sticks, halved)
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- On the wide end of each triangle, place 3–4 slices of pepperoni and a halved piece of mozzarella.
- Roll the dough tightly, starting from the wide end and enclosing the filling completely.
- If desired, sprinkle Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese over each roll.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is nice and melted.
- Serve warm, paired with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze before baking.
