- 1 package croissant dough
- 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 ounces pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- In a small bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and set it aside.
- Cut the pepperoni slices in half.
- Melt the butter and mix in the garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
- Brush the seasoned butter over each triangle of dough.
- Place halved pepperoni near the wide end of each triangle.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Brush any remaining butter mixture over the top.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
These rolls can be customized with different cheeses and fillings. Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.
