Description

Delicious croissant rolls filled with gooey mozzarella and savory pepperoni, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package croissant dough
  • 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into individual triangles.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and set it aside.
  4. Cut the pepperoni slices in half.
  5. Melt the butter and mix in the garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
  6. Brush the seasoned butter over each triangle of dough.
  7. Place halved pepperoni near the wide end of each triangle.
  8. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  9. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point.
  10. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  11. Brush any remaining butter mixture over the top.
  12. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  13. Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These rolls can be customized with different cheeses and fillings. Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.
