- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 3 cups cooked stuffing
- 1 cup gravy
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey and cooked stuffing. Mix until well incorporated.
- Scoop the mixture evenly into each muffin tin cup, pressing down lightly to ensure they hold their shape.
- Top each cup with a spoonful of gravy and sprinkle with cheese if you’re using it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Top with chopped green onions for a burst of color and flavor before serving.
