Description

Delightful muffin tin portions filled with turkey and stuffing, perfect for using leftovers and ideal for family meals or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 3 cups cooked stuffing
  • 1 cup gravy
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey and cooked stuffing. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Scoop the mixture evenly into each muffin tin cup, pressing down lightly to ensure they hold their shape.
  4. Top each cup with a spoonful of gravy and sprinkle with cheese if you’re using it.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and golden brown on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Top with chopped green onions for a burst of color and flavor before serving.
