- 2 cups banana pudding (instant or homemade)
- 1 cup cookie butter
- 2 cups cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup crushed cookies (for crust and topping)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Banana slices (for decoration)
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl and beat until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
- Mix banana pudding and cookie butter in another bowl until smooth.
- Layer the banana pudding mixture in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Add a layer of the cream cheese mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with the cream cheese layer on top.
- Sprinkle crushed cookies over the top and arrange banana slices for decoration.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Serve chilled, cut into slices, and enjoy!
