Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips
- 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups (120g) dried coconut
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (60g) additional graham crumbs (for rolling)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually fold in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour or pop it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop small portions (around 1 1/4 inches each) and roll them into balls.
- Roll each ball in the additional graham crumbs to coat thoroughly.
- Return the rolled balls to the fridge and let them firm up for an additional 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
