Description
Delicious no-bake bites combining rich chocolate and tropical coconut, perfect for quick treats or parties.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips
- 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups (120g) dried coconut
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (60g) additional graham crumbs (for rolling)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract, stirring until well mixed.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips to the bowl. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for about an hour or place it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes until firm.
- Once chilled, take small portions of the mixture (about 1 1/4 inches) and roll them into balls.
- Roll each ball in the additional graham crumbs to coat.
- Place the rolled balls back in the fridge until they are firm, about 30 minutes to an hour.
Notes
For a smoother texture, ensure your butter is completely melted before mixing. If the mixture feels sticky, chill it longer before rolling.
