  • Total Time: 90 minutes
  • Yield: 20 servings 1x
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

Delicious no-bake bites combining rich chocolate and tropical coconut, perfect for quick treats or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips
  • 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups (120g) dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (60g) additional graham crumbs (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract, stirring until well mixed.
  2. Add the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips to the bowl. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about an hour or place it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes until firm.
  4. Once chilled, take small portions of the mixture (about 1 1/4 inches) and roll them into balls.
  5. Roll each ball in the additional graham crumbs to coat.
  6. Place the rolled balls back in the fridge until they are firm, about 30 minutes to an hour.

Notes

For a smoother texture, ensure your butter is completely melted before mixing. If the mixture feels sticky, chill it longer before rolling.
