- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the quick oats and mini chocolate chips until fully combined.
- Add the peanut butter and honey to the oat mixture.
- Stir well until everything is evenly mixed. It may be sticky, so use a spatula if necessary.
- Scoop out the mixture and roll it between your hands to form about 12 small balls.
- Place the energy bites in an airtight container.

These bites can be stored at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerated for up to two weeks. They freeze well in a freezer-safe container.
