Description

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the quick oats and mini chocolate chips until fully combined.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey to the oat mixture.
  3. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed. It may be sticky, so use a spatula if necessary.
  4. Scoop out the mixture and roll it between your hands to form about 12 small balls.
  5. Place the energy bites in an airtight container.
