Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Press this mixture into the bottoms of mini cheesecake cups to create your crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, then fold this into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over each crust.
- Drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to set properly.
Notes
