Description

Indulge in creamy, decadent No Bake Turtle Mini Cheesecakes packed with chocolate, caramel, and pecans.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
  2. Press this mixture into the bottoms of mini cheesecake cups to create your crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, then fold this into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake filling over each crust.
  6. Drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to set properly.
