Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add the milk gradually to the egg mixture, whisking until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into custard cups or a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
  6. Place the filled cups or pan into a larger baking dish and add hot water halfway up the sides.
  7. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
  8. Let the custard cool before serving.
