- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp real butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping the garlic and any vegetables you’d like to add.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Sear the chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
- Stir in the egg noodles and let them simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente.
- Remove from heat, stir in the remaining butter, and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
