Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp real butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
  5. Stir in the egg noodles and let them simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in the remaining butter, and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

To elevate your meal, pair with a green salad or roasted vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
