- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Rub the chicken breasts with onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add the minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the egg noodles, cooking them according to package instructions until al dente.
- Once the noodles are done, return the chicken to the skillet. Mix everything together so the flavors meld.
- Top with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
This dish can be customized with vegetables like peas or spinach, and can be made dairy-free by substituting the butter.
