Description

A simple and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken and buttery egg noodles, all cooked in one pan for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Rub the chicken breasts with onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the egg noodles, cooking them according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Once the noodles are done, return the chicken to the skillet. Mix everything together so the flavors meld.
  6. Top with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

This dish can be customized with vegetables like peas or spinach, and can be made dairy-free by substituting the butter.
