- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden brown, about 6 to 7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually 7 to 8 minutes.
- In the final minute, stir in the minced garlic and remaining butter, mixing well to coat the noodles.
- Slice the cooked chicken and serve over the buttery noodles, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Add steamed vegetables or a green salad on the side for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
