  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Cook the chicken for about 7-8 minutes per side, until browned and fully cooked. Remove the chicken and set aside on a plate.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  6. Combine the cooked noodles with the garlic butter sauce in the skillet, mixing well.
  7. Slice the chicken and serve it on top of the buttered noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing for maximum juiciness. Optionally add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese to enhance flavors.
