- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook the chicken for about 7-8 minutes per side, until browned and fully cooked. Remove the chicken and set aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the garlic butter sauce in the skillet, mixing well.
- Slice the chicken and serve it on top of the buttered noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing for maximum juiciness. Optionally add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese to enhance flavors.
