  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: None

Description

A cozy dish featuring succulent chicken breasts seared in garlic-infused broth and combined with silky buttered egg noodles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp real butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your garlic and any preferred vegetables.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Sear each chicken breast for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about a minute, until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Stir in the egg noodles, reduce the heat, and let everything simmer for about 8-10 minutes, or until the noodles are al dente.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining butter, allowing it to melt. Top with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Pairs well with a salad or steamed vegetables. Consider serving with garlic bread or crusty rolls.
