- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp real butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your garlic and any preferred vegetables.
- In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Sear each chicken breast for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about a minute, until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Stir in the egg noodles, reduce the heat, and let everything simmer for about 8-10 minutes, or until the noodles are al dente.
- Remove from heat and stir in the remaining butter, allowing it to melt. Top with chopped parsley before serving.
