Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp real butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Prep your ingredients: Start by chopping your garlic and any other vegetables you plan to add.
- Sear the chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the chicken breasts and season them with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes per side until they are golden brown. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Sauté garlic: Add minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add broth and noodles: Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in the egg noodles and let them simmer for 8-10 minutes or until al dente.
- Finish with butter and parsley: Remove from heat, stir in the remaining butter, and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
