Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until it’s aromatic and slightly golden.
- Introduce your pasta to the pot, followed by the milk, salt, and pepper. Bring everything to a boil.
- Lower the heat and allow it to simmer. Stir occasionally until the pasta is cooked and the liquid has thickened to a creamy consistency (about 10-12 minutes).
- Once your pasta is ready, mix in the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until it’s melted and fully incorporated.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with chopped parsley.
