  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

A delicious one-pot meal featuring creamy garlic pasta that is quick to prepare and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • Pasta (any shape)
  • Minced garlic
  • Milk (whole for creaminess)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the uncooked pasta along with enough water to cover it.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook until the pasta is al dente and most of the water is absorbed, around 10-12 minutes.
  5. Lower the heat and mix in the milk and Parmesan cheese, stirring to achieve a creamy consistency.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

This dish can be paired with a fresh garden salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days or frozen for a month.
