Ingredients
- Pasta (any shape)
- Minced garlic
- Milk (whole for creaminess)
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the uncooked pasta along with enough water to cover it.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook until the pasta is al dente and most of the water is absorbed, around 10-12 minutes.
- Lower the heat and mix in the milk and Parmesan cheese, stirring to achieve a creamy consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
