- 8 oz pasta (your choice!)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pot.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the pasta and milk, bringing to a gentle boil. Then, reduce to a simmer.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce thickens.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it’s melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
For a protein boost, add grilled chicken or sautéed shrimp. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
