Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pot.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the pasta and milk, bringing to a gentle boil. Then, reduce to a simmer.
  4. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it’s melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
