- 8 oz Pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Fresh Parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the pasta and add enough water to cover it completely.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until the pasta is al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat and mix in the milk and Parmesan cheese, stirring until creamy.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle parsley on top if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For a flavorful twist, add red pepper flakes or include leftover vegetables for added nutrition.
