Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the pasta and add enough water to cover it completely.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until the pasta is al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat and mix in the milk and Parmesan cheese, stirring until creamy.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Sprinkle parsley on top if desired and serve warm.
