Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
 - Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and sear until golden brown on both sides.
 - Stir in the minced garlic and herbs, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
 - Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and add some lemon zest.
 - Reduce the heat, cover the skillet, and let it simmer until the chicken is fully cooked through (about 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F).
 - Dish up hot with your choice of rice, potatoes, or crusty bread.

For the best sear, ensure the skillet is hot and don’t overcrowd the pan. Feel free to mix up the herbs for a different flavor.
